With an emphasis on value and convenience, this is a terrific way to reward key-employees. On an employer-paid basis, a customized program may be made available to a specific subset of executives, down to as few as 10 enrollees.
Voluntary (employee-paid) designs are also available on a Guaranteed Standard Issue basis. A typical requirement is that at least 35% of the eligible employees enroll in the plan, subject to a minimum of 20 enrollees.
A census addressing all quote requirements is transmitted directly to the insurer's corporate offices, assuring maximum privacy and confidentially of all data collected.
